Here is what we did today.

Agendas/Morning Meeting

Gym: Please see Mr. Beresford's blog for more information.

Language:   We did our Lesson 12 spelling test. We did some independent reading before recess.

Recess/Lunch  

Math: Today we talked about short division. This concept was a little tricky to understand but we practiced a lot together and independent. We practiced using the math words for division when we were practicing explaining our steps.

 

Each student was sent home the step by step instructions on how to do this type of division with their homework.

Recess/Lunch  

UOI: We continued working on summatives. Monday will be their last day working on it; they will be given time to practice their presentations and we will be presenting throughout the week.
