Math:Today we learned about line of symmetry. We looked at a powerpoint together and did examples on the board. We learned that if a shape has all equal sides then that is how many lines of symmetry that shape has. For example: If it is a square then there are 4 equal sides with 4 lines of symmetry. We practiced in partners with Miras and then did textbook questions.
Recess/Lunch
Language: Today we focused on fact versus opinion. In partners, the students read a book together and had to find facts and opinions throughout the story. They filled in a graphic organizer to show their work.
