Language/UOI: We did our Lesson 15 Spelling Test. We finished off editing our stories and started writing our good copies.

Math: Today we wrote our math pre-assessment for our measurement unit.

UOI: We continued to write out our good copies. Those students who finished were able to take home their copies to begin practicing and the others will complete their good copies on Monday.
Special Weekend Task: Each student was asked to bring in a picture book for Monday. No chapter books or books with very few words. The book must have 3-5 sentences per page, a clear introduction and build up. It is very important that a picture book is brought in for Monday as we need it for an activity that week.
March Break Camp registration forms were sent home back in October. We have had many students sign up since then and especially the last few days. If you are interested in registering your chid for our amazing March Break camp, please send in the completed registration form, along with the $20 one-time non-refundable deposit in order to secure your child's spot (this could be paid in cash or through fresh books). This year there are two options to chose from the first being lunch and two snacks provided or the second being send your own packed lunch and a discounted camp rate! Re-Registration Packages:
Just a reminder, the final due date before we open up vacancies to the public for re-registration is February 12th. Please hand in your packages as soon as possible to ensure your spot.
