Language: We started working on Lesson 17. We did our daily language drill. Today we finished off our summatives! We self-and peer edited them and then moved onto our good copies!

Recess/Lunch

Math: Today
we reviewed elapsed time and took up some of the homework. We also talked about temperature. They remembered a lot from last year's science fair experiment. First we talked about how we measure temperature in celsius in Canada and in Fahrenheit in the States using a thermometer. Next we looked at some examples of thermometers and they read them together. Next we went around the room and read different thermometers in a scavenger hunt and then took them up. They did very well!
