Language: Today we practiced our presentations for our summatives. The students added actions and expression to our presentations.
Recess/Lunch
Math: Today we reviewed temperature. Everyone has a very solid understanding of reading temperature. We introduced money today! We reviewed the different coins and bills we use in Canada and spoke about how much each of them are worth. We discussed how to count up using the coins like nickels and then practiced how many of one type of coin goes into another coin or bill. We did some textbook questions from practice.

Re-Registration Packages: Just a reminder, the final due date before we open up vacancies to the public for re-registration is February 12th. Please hand in your packages as soon as possible to ensure your spot.
March Break Camp registration forms were sent home back in October. We have had many students sign up since then and especially the last few days. If you are interested in registering your chid for our amazing March Break camp, please send in the completed registration form, along with the $20 one-time non-refundable deposit in order to secure your child's spot (this could be paid in cash or through fresh books). This year there are two options to chose from the first being lunch and two snacks provided or the second being send your own packed lunch and a discounted camp rate!We also have daily rates available.
