Friday October 25th, 2019

Here is what we did today:

UOI: Today we explore self-awareness! We discussed how it is important to know our strengths, areas for improvements, likes and dislikes. We did some self-assessment questionnaires to learn more about our likes and dislikes, an all about me page and a rating scale activity.

We read a book that was brought in for us called "I am Enough." It fit beautifully with our lesson! 

Recess/Lunch

Inquiry into Language: We wrote our Lesson 7 spelling test. Once it was complete, we did partner reading and played some of the division games from yesterday because we loved them so much.

Inquiry into Math: Our lesson today was focused on division with remainders! This is quite a tricky concept so we will be spending another day on this.

We practiced on the white board a couple examples, worked with our table groups to answer a word problem and then started our worksheet. It was sent home for homework.
