Inquiry into Language: We read chapter 10 of our novel study and then worked on novel study comprehension questions. We found Mary to be very mean to Laura in this chapter and did not like her behaviour!
Inquiry into Math: We reviewed concepts learnt yesterday. We practiced a couple examples together on labeling division sentences together. Then, we practiced using arrays to find the missing terms. We also did many examples of how to draw a division array. Lastly, we looked for key words in division word problems. For example: share, divide and equal parts. We worked on worksheets and our workbooks in class and whatever was not completed was sent for homework.
Recess/Lunch
UOI: We worked on our unit reflections and our IB Binders! This took us quite a bit of time as our binders are quite full so we need to transfer over into larger binders.
