Inquiry into Language: We worked on Lesson 8 in our workbooks. We reviewed the tip together for a better understanding of today's lesson. After that was complete, they worked on page 26 and 27 in their cursive workbook. If completed, they were able to silent read.
Library: Today we took a trip to the library and spent some time with Ms. Hayward.
Recess/Lunch
Inquiry into Math: We reviewed division with remainders again today. We took up some of Friday's homework and then worked independently. Students who required more assistance worked one on one with me on the carpet.

UOI: Today we learned about strengths and abilities! We discussed what these were and a simple way of figuring out what they were was that they could consider what their peers would say are their strengths or abilities. We did an activity that involved each student going around to each of the classmates desks and writing down on a star what they believed was their peer's strength or ability. We sat in a circle and shared them, this made everyone very happy! We individually completed our own Strength and Abilities star that will go inside our scrapbook.
We read a book on the carpet together about loving who you are for you! We really enjoyed it!
