Language: We continued reading our novel "The Little House in the Big Woods" by Laura Ingalls Wilder. We read chapter 13 now and finished the book! We completed a paragraph comparing ourselves to one of the characters in the book.

Math:. Today we did our multiplication quiz.

UOI: Today we completed our pioneer poems! Once we were finished with our poems the students worked on a comparison picture of any topic. The students had to draw for example a pioneer home on one side of the paper and on the other side draw a home from present day. They had to write 1-2 sentences to describe their pictures. If these tasks were not completed they were sent home for homework.
