Inquiry into Language: We worked on spelling lesson 30 which is a review lesson. We also worked on our spelling paragraphs. I read two of the student's paragraphs to give them an example of what it should sound like if it meets all the expectations. We continued reading our novel study. We made many connections to our old novel study, Heidi.
Recess/Lunch
Inquiry into Math: We did some review questions from the textbook. The test will be on Friday.
UOI: We introduced our new unit, MEDIA! We separated into three groups to answer the questions: What is Media? What do we use Media for? How does the Media affect us?
After brainstorming, we used the chromebooks to look up the answers to those questions.
Recess/Lunch
Silent Reading and Reading Buddies: We did some silent reading and then were invited to read with our friends in Ms.King's class.
