For the students who purchased cookies to decorate they were called done to the auditorium at this time to decorate their cookies.
Math:. We continue to work on our test.
Art: For the students who completed their test they were able to begin an art activity. The students created a Hand Print Valentine's Day Tree. They traced their hands and cute out a variety of different coloured hearts to stick on all around it. They were encouraged to use different sized and coloured hearts to increase the eye appeal and variety in the artwork. We spoke about spacing out the hearts, form and placement to create balance.

Homework/Important Reminders:
March Break Camp registration forms were sent home back in October. We have had many students sign up since then and especially the last few days. If you are interested in registering your chid for our amazing March Break camp, please send in the completed registration form, along with the $20 one-time non-refundable deposit in order to secure your child's spot (this could be paid in cash or through fresh books). This year there are two options to chose from the first being lunch and two snacks provided or the second being send your own packed lunch and a discounted camp rate!We also have daily rates available.
