Here is what we did today:
Inquiry into Language: We continued to read our novel study, "Heidi." We read chapters 5 to 9 and worked on the questions for that section. We also took some time and practiced our speech.
Farmer's Market: We visited Mr. Foster's and Ms. Gandy's class today! We will definitely be back tomorrow.
Recess/Lunch
Inquiry into Math: We practiced converting between the smaller unit of measure and larger
unit of measure. We learned the trick about how to move the decimal
point when converting. We also focused on how to put units of measure in order from largest to smallest
and vice versa. It is important to pay attention to the unit of measure
when ordering these numbers.
French: Please see Mme. Rawan's blog for more detail.
