Here is what we did today:
House Game: Theta and Zeta won today!!

Language: Today we review parts of a paragraph. We discussed all the key aspects of a paragraph and sentences. We wrote down the success criteria together and then the students were given a topic to write about in their journals. They had to write about their summer vacation!
Recess/Lunch
Math: We reviewed the concepts of addition and subtraction! We took a look at the math vocabulary that we saw yesterday and brainstormed words that were related to them. Then we did some example addition and subtraction questions on the board. Once everyone gave the thumbs up we started to work on some worksheets in our duo tangs. Anything incomplete was for homework.
